Foaming Production Associate
Job Details
Days Worked: Sunday- Thursday
Hours: 10PM-6:30AM
Pay: $19.50
Requirements
- Must be willing to train in a first shift for 1-2 weeks.
- Ability to read an industrial/basic ruler and measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
- 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production environment preferred
- Ability to operate thermoforming or similar manufacturing equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
About the Foaming Production Associate Role
As a Foaming Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Create bath and shower system components, including bases and accessories
- Operate thermoforming equipment to support production processes
- Test and evaluate products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Use hand tools and power tools to build, trim, or adjust products as required
- Perform precise measurements using industrial rulers and measuring tools
- Maintain consistent product quality through detailed inspection processes
- Follow production procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Support workflow efficiency and maintain organized workstations
