Inventory Clerk Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory, materials management, or warehouse experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Preferred: Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement

As an Inventory Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
As an Inventory Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform daily SAP transactions including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock levels in the system
- Generate daily pick lists based on production requirements
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory processes
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with production, warehouse, and vendors to resolve issues
- Support SAP operations including MM module transactions and reporting
- Generate inventory reports and share updates with operations leadership
- Assist with troubleshooting SAP-related inventory issues and coordinate with support teams
- Monitor inbound deliveries and confirm receipts in SAP
- Maintain documentation for inventory movements, adjustments, and counts
- Update spreadsheets, logs, and dashboards to support visibility and reporting
- Track and report inventory KPIs such as accuracy, aging, and non-moving stock (SMOG)
