- Previous security, event, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow security procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle guest concerns and escalate when necessary
About the Doorman Role
As a Doorman, your responsibilities will include:
As a Doorman, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor guests entering and leaving the festival grounds to ensure safety and security
- Maintain a professional, alert presence at the entrance at all times
- Assist with checking wristbands to ensure proper access and authorization
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols following established procedures
- Ensure the safety of guests, visitors, and event staff throughout the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees with general inquiries
- Address guest concerns and service issues, escalating when necessary
- Report serious incidents or security concerns to the superintendent on duty
