Monday Thursday 7 am – 4 pm, Friday 7 am – 12 pm, $18.50-$19.50/hr

Customer Service Requirements

● Previous Customer Service experience required

● Previous Logistics experience is preferred but not required

● Resume/Interview Required

About the Customer Service Role

As a Customer Service Rep, your responsibilities will include:

● Data Entry

● Chats: Shopify

● Order Confirmation: Confirm customer orders across multiple dedicated customer portals.

● Process Orders: Execute the complete order fulfillment process from entry to shipment preparation.

● Manage Customer Portals

● Sample Requests 

● Shipment Management: Manage daily outbound shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries meet scheduled timelines.

● Freight quotes

● Freight Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule outbound ensure shipments depart on time.

● Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents (Bills of Lading and Labels)

● Shipping Claims/Freight Charges: File claims with 3PLS

● Returns 

● Review Aging shipments

● Aged Shipments/Dock Appointment

● Issue Resolution: Work directly with customers to address concerns, schedule loads, and ensure the accuracy of all necessary shipping paperwork.

● Customer Request/Disputes: Serve as the main point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone and email.

● Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

● Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

● Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.

● Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

● Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
