Order Picker / Forklift Driver Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of experience loading trailers and containers using a Crown stand-up forklift
Minimum of 3 years driving experience on Crown electric stand-up forklifts
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with RF scanners is a plus

About the Shipping Reach Forklift Driver

As Shipping Reach Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Picking customer and agent orders manually and with a stand-up forklift
Using RF scan guns to pick items, palletize products, and shrink-wrap pallets
Loading orders onto trucks and containers
Completing order tickets for all orders being picked and shipped
Maintaining truck logs for outgoing shipments
Receiving finished goods from the factory
Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards for the distribution center
Identifying and reporting product labeling errors
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following all safety and operational procedures
