Blue Thermoforming Production Associate
Job Details
Days Worked: Sunday-Thursday
Hours: 10PM-6:30AM
Pay: $20.35
Requirements
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks.
- Ability to read an industrial/basic ruler and measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
- 1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate thermoforming equipment (training provided if needed)
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to workplace safety procedures
About the Blue Thermoforming Production Associate Role
As a Blue Thermoforming Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Create bath and shower system components, including bases and accessories
- Operate thermoforming equipment to support daily production operations
- Test and evaluate products to ensure they meet quality standards and product specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to trim, adjust, or assemble components
- Perform precise measurements using industrial rulers and measuring tools
- Inspect products for defects and maintain consistent quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to support efficient workflow
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
