Job Description
Crown Staffing is looking for a reliable and safety-focused 2nd Shift General Laborers to support warehouse and production operations at our plastic distribution facility. This role is responsible for moving raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Forklift experience a plus (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) to load, unload, and transport materials
- Supply production lines with raw plastic materials and remove finished products
- Stage, stack, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems or paperwork
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous forklift experience a plus
- Experience handling plastic materials or manufacturing products is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift hours
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and warehouse setting
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and plastic materials
3pm-11pm Monday -Friday $17/hour
