Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Assembler in O’Fallon, MO!
Monday-Thursday | 5:00am- 4:30pm | $17.50/Hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties according to company standards
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Operate basic equipment or tools as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Prior experience preferred but not required (training provided)
