Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Maintenance Tech in St. Charles, MO!
Monday-Friday | 5:00am- 1:30pm | $28/Hr
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical or electrical background. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in fields such as vehicle repair mechanics or industrial electrical work, as previous team members with this experience have excelled in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient mill operations
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs as issues arise
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before they impact production
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
- Collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skillset
- Previous experience as an industrial electrician, vehicle repair mechanic, or similar technical trade
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
