Crown Staffing is now hiring full-time General Laborers and Construction & Demolition Specialists in Chesterfield, MO!
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Call Rotation) | $16–$24/HR (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are hiring for multiple roles supporting construction and demolition projects in the Warrenton area. These positions offer growth opportunities, hands-on work, and the ability to build skills in a team-driven environment.
Available Positions:
General Laborer
- Assist team leads with material handling and job site support
- Perform debris cleanup and general labor tasks
- Learn construction skills with opportunity for pay increases as skills develop
- Meet at the Warrenton office daily and ride with the team to job sites
Construction & Demolition Specialist
- Perform drywall installation, framing, and demolition work
- Must have prior experience in construction (drywall/framing)
- Must provide own tools
- Drive personal vehicle to customer job sites (fuel reimbursement may be available but not guaranteed)
- Pay increases based on skill and performance
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain strong attendance and reliability
Qualifications:
- General Labor: Construction experience preferred but not required
- Specialist: Proven drywall/framing experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Reliable transportation (required for Specialist role)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
