Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Pallet Splitter in St. Louis, MO.

This position operates Sunday–Thursday from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM and pays $20.00 per hour, with overtime available after 40 hours.

The Pallet Splitter is responsible for safely breaking down and separating pallets according to production needs, as well as sorting, stacking, and organizing wood materials for reuse or disposal. Additional duties include loading and unloading pallets from production lines or storage areas, operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment. Candidates must follow all company safety procedures, wear required PPE, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and variable end times.

Applicants should have previous warehouse, labor, and forklift experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and demonstrate strong reliability and a solid work ethic. A clean background is required for this position. The role requires consistent availability Sunday through Thursday and a willingness to work overtime as needed.
