Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker to support daily yard operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Pay: $18.00 with increase to $20.00 based on proven exp.
Schedule: Flexible (must be available on weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Load customer vehicles and move materials safely throughout the yard
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory
- Keep yard clean, organized, and safe
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and skid steers
- Promote additional products and services when assisting customers
- Coordinate with team members to meet customer needs
- Maintain tools and equipment properly
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ for full-time positions
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read diagrams and technical drawings (preferred)
- Strong attention to safety and efficiency
