About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Clerk to support clinic operations in Louisville, KY. This role involves assisting patients, managing front desk activities, and supporting clinical staff with administrative and basic patient care tasks.
This position requires flexibility, as travel to various clinic and mobile clinic locations in the Louisville area may be needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, providing assistance and information
- Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages
- Register patients and collect demographic, medical, and insurance information
- Maintain appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Prepare and process patient records and consent forms
- Assist with basic patient measurements (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
- Label and organize lab specimens for transport
- Enter, update, and manage data in computer systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle mail, filing, and general office organization
- Monitor and maintain office and clinic supply inventory
- Reconcile cash collections and maintain accurate records
- Support daily clinic operations and assist staff as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous front desk, medical office, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
