Pay: Up to $70,000 annually

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Louisville, KY. This role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations.
You will play a key role in supporting production schedules, meeting customer delivery expectations, and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving team members
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including TL and LTL freight
- Maintain accurate inventory for raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of warehouse reports
- Work with carriers to resolve shipping delays or issues
- Partner with Customer Service to track shipments and correct errors
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to warehouse staff
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment
- Monitor inventory movement and shipment accuracy
- Review production schedules to ensure material availability
- Communicate daily with internal teams and transportation vendors
- Support employee training and development
- Participate in plant-level operations and leadership meetings
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train warehouse employees
- Assign and direct daily work activities
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills, including rates, ratios, and percentages
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
