Sales Manager – Plastic Surgery Practice 
Location: Lexington, KY
Compensation: $85,000/yearly + Performance-Based Commission
Schedule: Full-Time

Crown Staffing is seeking a confident, results-driven Sales Manager for a patient-focused plastic surgery practice in Lexington, KY. This role is centered on revenue growth, patient conversion, and marketing-driven sales strategies, while also supporting front-office operations in a high-touch medical setting.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-energy professional with a business degree, proven sales and marketing experience, and the ability to connect with patients, close procedures, and drive practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategies to drive procedure bookings and revenue growth
  • Conduct patient consultations and confidently present treatment plans and procedures
  • Convert inquiries and consultations into scheduled procedures
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and KPIs tied to commission incentives
  • Collaborate with surgeons and leadership on pricing strategies, promotions, and growth initiatives
  • Support and guide front office staff to ensure a smooth, sales-focused patient experience
  • Partner with marketing efforts including campaigns, referrals, and patient retention initiatives
  • Oversee patient flow and scheduling to maximize provider availability and revenue opportunities
  • Handle patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to sales performance and patient interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or marketing
  • Experience in medical, aesthetic, plastic surgery, or concierge healthcare environments preferred
  • Strong sales acumen with comfort presenting and closing high-value services
  • Marketing experience and understanding of patient acquisition strategies a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
  • Experience with CRM, EMR, scheduling software, or sales tracking systems preferred
