Location: Batavia, OH
Hours: Monday – Thursday 4:30 PM – 3:15 AM | Off Every Friday
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour and up, based on experience

Summary:
Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to inspect electronic circuit boards and materials for conformance to specifications. Learn assembly practices, procedures, and industry standards while performing a variety of tasks with some creativity and latitude.
Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to inspect electronic circuit boards and materials for conformance to specifications. Learn assembly practices, procedures, and industry standards while performing a variety of tasks with some creativity and latitude.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic startup and shutdown of AOI equipment.
- Understand basic machine and process concepts.
- Learn to read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole and SMT components (capacitors, resistors, transistors, ICs, etc.).
- Develop AOI programming skills and strong computer skills.
- Inspect products to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards or customer specifications.
- Use inspection and gauging equipment to meet customer and IPC standards.
- Read customer or internal assembly drawings for component polarity, orientation, and designators.
- Utilize bills of materials to identify customer part numbers and inspection requirements.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience required, preferably in electronic assembly.
