Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic math proficiency
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of machinery and packaging equipment
- Understanding of quality systems (ISO9001 preferred)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing a plus
- Ability to use measurement tools (tape measure, digital calipers, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
About the Role
Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to improve safety, quality, and productivity
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Plan and schedule production to meet operational goals
- Coordinate workflows with other departments
- Supervise and support up to 30 production employees
- Adjust staffing levels based on production demands
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Monitor and improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support and implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work additional hours or weekends as needed
