Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Imaging Technician to support computer imaging, configuration, and asset preparation within a warehouse and technical production environment. This role is responsible for preparing devices to customer specifications, completing software imaging and upgrades, and assisting with customization services such as asset tagging and device finishing.

This is a great opportunity for someone with basic PC hardware knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills who is looking to grow within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computer imaging and configuration services based on customer requirements
• Run operating system upgrades and deploy system images to PCs and laptops
• Complete asset tagging and device preparation tasks
• Assist with UV printing, etching, and device skinning processes
• Configure BIOS and motherboard settings as needed
• Run diagnostic software and troubleshoot hardware-related issues
• Read and follow technical manuals, bills of materials, and work instructions
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines
• Support multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of related technical or computer experience preferred
• Experience with Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PC hardware, imaging tools, and deployment software such as Acronis, Ghost, or MDT
• Basic understanding of DOS and deployment scripting is a plus
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and technical processes quickly

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment
