Crown Staffing is Now Hiring – CNC/EDM Machinist Location: Batavia, OH Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Evaluation-to-Hire Job Overview: We are currently seeking a CNC/EDM Machinist for a manufacturing facility in Batavia, OH. This role requires a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in both programming and operating CNC and EDM machinery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: -Set up and operate CNC/EDM machines to perform precision machining tasks -Write and adjust G-Code programming to optimize machine function -Interpret blueprints and process sheets to determine machine settings -Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery -Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerances are met -Communicate with engineers to establish proper manufacturing methods -Monitor machines during production and make necessary adjustments -Operate two or more machines simultaneously when needed -Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications: -Minimum 1 year of CNC/EDM machinist experience required -Experience with both programming and machine operation -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, micrometers, gauges, and probes -Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus -Basic computer skills -Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and evenings during peak production Equipment Knowledge (Preferred): -3-Axis CNC machinery -Yoneda with Fanuc 15-M control -Makino V55 with Fanuc Pro 3 control -Makino V56 with Fanuc Pro 5 control -YCM DVC 3021 B with Fanuc MXP-208 FC control Interested?
