About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to support equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys problem-solving and working with a variety of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and replace warehouse equipment as needed
- Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Support general building maintenance and upkeep
- Order and manage parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Track inventory of critical spare parts
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventative maintenance solutions
- Work with vendors and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime
- Perform hands-on tasks such as welding, drilling, tapping, and bending
- Maintain organized work areas and follow 5S standards
- Complete maintenance documentation and reports on schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in welding, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures
