Job Description
Packer/Laborer
12-hour rotation shift, 6pm to 6am, $18.50/hour, Valparaiso, IN
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor equipment condition and communicate any deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Packing bags
• Assisting with ancillary processes (such as presses, bag filters, refeed, etc.)
• Cleaning out equipment during process changes and between batches as needed.
• Taking samples of the product throughout the whole process, and maintaining sample identification.
• Proper labeling of product bags to ensure product traceability throughout the process.
• Accurately filling out the necessary paperwork to record process information.
• Completes any other duties, as required or assigned.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong attention to details
• Must be able to work in a team/independently environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be comfortable completing the same tasks for the duration of a shift
• Must be able to comply with pre-employment screenings
