Elizabethtown, KY
Pay: $18.75/hour
Training Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule Information
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1:
- Work Monday & Tuesday
- Off Wednesday & Thursday
- Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 48 hours
Week 2:
- Off Monday & Tuesday
- Work Wednesday & Thursday
- Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 36 hours
Night Shift Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
- Ability to lift and stack finished products throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production equipment and bagging operations
- Wait for feed bags to fill and ensure proper product flow
- Guide filled bags through the conveyor and sealing process
- Lift finished bags and stack them onto pallets
- Inspect products for quality and proper sealing
- Maintain production standards and workflow efficiency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and operating procedures
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
