Springfield, KY
Pay: $18.75/hour
Training Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule Information
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1
- Work Monday & Tuesday
- Off Wednesday & Thursday
- Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 48 Hours
Week 2

- 36 Hours
Training Schedule
- Train on Day Shift
- 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
- $18.00/hour during training
Night Shift Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
- Ability to lift, move, and stack finished products throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production equipment and bagging operations throughout the shift
- Ensure feed bags are filled accurately and efficiently
- Guide filled bags through the conveyor and sealing process
- Lift and stack completed bags onto pallets
- Inspect finished products to verify proper sealing and quality standards
- Maintain production flow and support daily operating goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional production and material handling duties as assigned
