Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
General Laborer Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to transport crew members, tools, and materials to job sites
- Assist with residential and commercial fence installations
- Load, unload, and organize fencing materials and equipment
- Dig post holes and assist with setting fence posts
- Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and related hardware
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
