Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Yard Worker Requirements
- Previous automotive detailing, general labor, or outdoor work experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean work environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and equipment preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including walking, bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Detail and clean wrecked or salvaged vehicles to improve appearance and presentation
- Wash vehicle interiors and exteriors using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Vacuum vehicle interiors and remove debris from vehicles
- Clean windows, mirrors, dashboards, seats, and other vehicle surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the yard and surrounding work areas
- Remove trash and debris from the property
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with moving vehicles and organizing yard inventory as directed
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
