Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Optional Saturdays
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Equipment Operator Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks or stock pickers required
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Experience with inventory control, scanning systems, and stock replenishment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to operate equipment safely in narrow aisles and busy warehouse environments
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and stock pickers safely and efficiently
- Pick and stage products accurately according to customer orders
- Move, organize, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products from racks, shelves, and pallets
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements and transactions
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock verification activities
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and safety issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA safety standards
- Support daily warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
