Horse Cave, KY
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift Options:
  • Weekend Shift | Friday – Sunday | 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Night Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements

  • OSHA-compliant stand-up forklift certification required
  • Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck required
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to maneuver equipment in tight spaces
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload products from trucks, docks, and storage locations
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and update warehouse management systems
  • Store and retrieve products from high-racking storage systems
  • Stage pallets and prepare materials for outbound shipments
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement records
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned
