Pay: $21.86 – $27.27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Weekends: Rotating weekends required

Crown Staffing is hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support patient care in a healthcare setting in Somerset, KY. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and healthcare teams to provide quality care while ensuring patient
comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist RNs with delegated nursing duties for patient care
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed
- Provide G-tube feedings and related care
- Monitor patients and accurately document care and observations
- Educate patients and families on medications, dosages, and potential side effects
- Collect and report patient information to physicians and nursing staff
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating physician visits
- Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respirations
- Report any unusual incidents or changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma
- Active LPN license in Kentucky or compact state
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
