Pay: $33.28 – $37.87/hour
Shifts Available:
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics to support manufacturing operations in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical issues, and supporting high-volume manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs while supporting safety and quality standards
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production and support equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain facility equipment and utility systems
- Support preventative maintenance programs and equipment rebuilds
- Assist with training and supporting maintenance team members
- Work with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement efforts and small equipment projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron preferred)
- Knowledge of motor controls and electrical systems, including 480V and 3-phase systems
- Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical certification (Cat 2 or equivalent) preferred
- Machine shop or fabrication experience a plus
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems preferred
