Pay: $15.00/hour

Machine Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
- Basic math skills required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to be flexible and assist in multiple production areas
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery according to established work instructions and procedures
- Process customer orders while ensuring adherence to all quality requirements
- Perform manufacturing processes, measurements, and reporting according to ISO 9001 standards
- Verify Quality Department first-piece inspections are completed at the start of each shift
- Make machine adjustments based on measurement data and quality requirements
- Work closely with the Quality Department to maintain product specifications and quality standards
- Complete required machine, quality, and production checks and accurately document results
- Notify supervisors immediately of any quality concerns, machine malfunctions, or production issues
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and keep machines free of debris throughout the shift
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area
- Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements
- Assist with training new employees as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional duties as assigned
