Job Description
Crown Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Daily and weekend overtime may be required based on production demands
Pay Rate: $17.50

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read and understand safety procedures, work instructions, and production documents written in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, CNC, assembly, or industrial experience preferred
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production equipment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures
- Loading and unloading components into manufacturing equipment
- Performing quality inspections and recording production data
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments when necessary
- Identifying quality concerns and assisting with corrective actions
- Completing startup inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Assisting with machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
- Maintaining production flow while meeting efficiency and quality goals
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Keeping workstations clean and organized through routine housekeeping activities
- Communicating production issues to supervisors and team leaders
- Working in machining, plating, or other manufacturing departments as assigned
