Assembly Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Assembly Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous small-parts assembly experience required

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic computer skills required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

About the Assembly Associate Role

As an Assembly Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling small components using manual and automated production processes

• Operating light manufacturing equipment and assembly tools

• Packaging finished products according to established procedures

• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met

• Completing production documentation accurately and on time

• Following all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
