Crown Staffing is hiring Inspection/Sorting Production Associates for an automotive manufacturing support operation in Cincinnati, OH.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overtime: Likely required; may extend 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM and include weekend shifts based on production needs
Pay Rate: $18.50
Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods across various surfaces

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, safety rules, and quality standards

• Ability to work in an automotive manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oil, and chemicals

• Must be available for overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work as required

• Must meet background check and drug screening requirements

As an Inspection/Sorting Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing inspections and sorting of automotive parts and materials

• Loading and unloading components weighing between 15–50 lbs

• Identifying and reporting quality or safety concerns to supervisors

• Maintaining productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift

• Performing repetitive handling, sorting, and movement of parts as required

• Supporting line operations and production flow as assigned

• Ensuring work area remains clean and organized at all times
