Crown Staffing is hiring Production Associate (Multi-Skill Trade Support) for a manufacturing and fabrication environment in Cincinnati, OH.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Full-Time; schedule varies based on production needs
Overtime: May be required based on workload and operational demands
Pay Rate: $20.00- $23.00 per hour

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
• Prior experience in a hands-on production, construction, maintenance, or fabrication environment preferred
• Willingness to learn multiple skilled trades including carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, or metal fabrication
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a physically active environment with frequent movement and standing
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and perform overhead or repetitive tasks as needed
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting in fabrication, assembly, or repair of production materials and components
• Using hand tools and power tools to support manufacturing and build processes
• Supporting carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, or metal work tasks as assigned
• Cutting, measuring, assembling, or modifying materials according to specifications
• Assisting with equipment operation and general production support
• Performing quality checks to ensure completed work meets standards
• Supporting material handling, staging, and workflow across departments
