Crown Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Supervisors for a production and inspection support operation in Cincinnati, OH.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Overtime: Required; may include extended shifts, weekends, and schedule adjustments based on business needs
Pay Rate: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Must have at least 1 year of recent supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environment

• Prior manufacturing experience required (automotive experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Ability to train, coach, and support team members effectively

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as required

• Must meet background check and drug screening requirements

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing inspectors, team leads, and production staff across assigned areas

• Setting up and managing inspection, sorting, and production projects per customer requirements

• Ensuring employees follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Monitoring productivity, quality standards, and workflow performance

• Coaching, training, and correcting employee performance as needed

• Communicating with management regarding issues, updates, and production concerns

• Ensuring accurate completion and submission of all required documentation

• Supporting scheduling, staffing, and logistics for assigned operations

• Traveling between locations as required to support operations
