General Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required
- Plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
About the General Utility Associate Role
As a General Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting production operations to ensure materials are available and production goals are met
- Operating mixers and production equipment as assigned
- Building pallets and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Loading, unloading, and staging products in designated locations
- Monitoring inventory counts and completing production paperwork
- Assisting with quality inspections and identifying product concerns
- Tracking downtime and reporting production issues when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area using established housekeeping procedures
