Crown Staffing is hiring NDT Technician Trainees for an aerospace manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
NDT Technician Trainee Job Details
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions Available; must complete 6 weeks of training on 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Overtime: Mandatory overtime is currently required
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH

NDT Technician Trainee Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Basic Microsoft Word and computer skills required
- Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance when needed
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
About the NDT Technician Trainee Role
As an NDT Technician Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading aircraft components through chemical processing systems
- Assisting with inspection and testing procedures on aerospace parts
- Learning nondestructive testing methods and working toward certifications
- Interpreting and documenting inspection results under supervision
- Assisting senior technicians with production and inspection activities
- Working with computerized equipment and manufacturing systems
- Supporting production operations in both shop and plant environments
