Driver Trainee Job Details
Schedule: Full-Time; flexible schedule required based on delivery and event needs
Overtime: May be required, including weekends and varying start times
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Driver Trainee Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid DOT Medical Card required
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
- Ability to obtain and maintain an acceptable MVR
- Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, load, and unload equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
About the Driver Trainee Role
As a Driver Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with loading and unloading party rental equipment
- Preparing orders and staging equipment for customer deliveries
- Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining organization of inventory
- Assisting team members with delivery and pickup operations
- Learning delivery routes, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Providing support at customer locations during deliveries and pickups
- Transitioning into a delivery driver role after successful completion of training
