Crown Staffing is hiring Production Support Fillers for a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Production Support Filler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Production Support Filler Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to report discrepancies promptly
- Ability to inspect products and maintain quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and stable work history preferred
About the Production Support Filler Role
As a Production Support Filler, your responsibilities will include:
- Filling products according to batch tickets and production specifications
- Reading and verifying order information to ensure accuracy
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identifying and communicating production discrepancies to management
- Supporting daily production goals while following safety and quality procedures
