Crown Staffing is hiring Direct Care Professionals for a healthcare and residential support operation in Mason, OH.
Direct Care Professional Job Details
Schedule: Hours Vary; must be available to work every other weekend
Overtime: May be required based on client needs
Pay Rate: Based on experience

Direct Care Professional Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proof of auto insurance required
- Ability to pass all background checks, including BCI screening
- Ability to pass a 6-panel drug screen
- Must complete and pass all required training, including CPR, First Aid, CPI, Delegated Nursing, Vehicle Driving and Safety, and classroom instruction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor required
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the shift
About the Direct Care Professional Role
As a Direct Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Supporting individuals in achieving goals outlined in their individualized care plans
- Assisting with walking, transfers, transportation, and community activities
- Transporting individuals safely using company or approved vehicles
- Documenting services, activities, and progress accurately and timely
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
- Following all safety procedures and universal precautions
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and team members
