Lab Technician – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour, based on experience
Location: Florence, KY

Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing on completed samples and products
- Assist with testing, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Prepare samples for customer shipment
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Identify and report safety concerns related to products or equipment
- Maintain accurate records and complete assigned projects
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some laboratory experience or chemistry background
- Ability to stay focused and work independently
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, respirator, and dust mask
Preferred:
- General knowledge of chemical and/or batch manufacturing
- 3+ years of laboratory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing and/or 5S training
