Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$25.00 per hour

Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment while ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on packaging line equipment
- Maintain and repair shrink wrappers, packers, tapers, fillers, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failures
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues
- Maintain HVAC systems and facility climate control equipment
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs as needed
- Assist with building inspections and facility maintenance projects
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
- Identify and correct potential safety hazards
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required
- Resume and interview required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous packaging line maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, respirator, and dust mask
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience in chemical, food, or batch manufacturing environments
- Experience with tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping systems
- Forklift certification or experience
- Licensed or trained in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical work
- Experience with plant operations and industrial equipment
