Assembler Job Details
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Assembler Requirements
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel-toe boots required
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble axle components and related parts according to work instructions
- Read and follow bills of materials and production specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Report safety, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
- Support daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
- Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned
