Crown Staffing is hiring Utility Associates for a food production and distribution operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Utility Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – Finish
Overtime: Mandatory when required; occasional Saturdays may be required
Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and work instructions accurately
- Ability to solve routine problems and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV) or willingness to learn
- Steel toe footwear required
- Reliable attendance and strong work history required
- Must be available to work a split shift if needed (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
About the Utility Associate Role
As a Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility
- Disposing of packaging materials, cartons, and production waste properly
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming production, warehouse, and office areas
- Assisting multiple departments as needed to support daily operations
- Serving as backup support for various production positions
- Maintaining facility cleanliness to meet food safety and sanitation standards
- Emptying trash containers and cleaning debris from work areas and walkways
- Assisting with special cleaning projects and facility upkeep
- Operating equipment such as industrial vehicles and cleaning equipment when needed
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
