Schedule: Full-Time, Schedule Varies
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment required
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience required
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM manuals
- PLC troubleshooting experience required; Allen Bradley experience preferred
- Experience with VFDs, motors, sensors, pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
- Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance documentation; Fiix experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures required
- Experience in FDA-regulated, pharmaceutical, food, or medical device manufacturing preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Ability to provide personal hand tools required
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
About the Industrial Maintenance Technician Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventive maintenance on filling, capping, labeling, conveying, and packaging equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnosing equipment issues using structured troubleshooting methods
- Supporting PLC and VFD troubleshooting activities
- Replacing motors, sensors, valves, gearboxes, and pneumatic components as needed
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Documenting maintenance activities accurately in maintenance systems and controlled records
- Assisting with root cause investigations to reduce recurring equipment failures
- Supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining compliance with FDA, cGMP, and quality system requirements
- Working safely in accordance with LOTO procedures and company safety policies
- Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime
- Performing maintenance activities in controlled manufacturing environments
- Monitoring equipment performance and reporting critical spare parts needs
- Supporting additional maintenance and facility projects as assigned
