Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM rotating schedule
Overtime: Mandatory when required
Pay Rate: $18.00+ per hour

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Forklift experience required; sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule including every other weekend
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Steel toe or composite toe footwear required
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Setting up and adjusting production cycles according to specifications
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting concerns to leadership
- Collecting and preparing samples for quality testing
- Entering production and quality data into computer systems
- Completing required production documentation accurately
- Cross-training in multiple production departments as needed
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Following all company safety and quality standards
- Assisting with additional production duties as assigned
