Crown Staffing is hiring Packers (Grind Line) for a food production facility in Erlanger, KY.
Packer (Grind Line) Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM until finish
Overtime: Mandatory when needed; occasional Saturdays may be required
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Location: Walton, KY
Packer (Grind Line) Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
- Ability to lift 10–20 pounds continuously throughout the shift
- Must be willing to work in various warehouse and production areas as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work history required
- No upcoming attendance restrictions, recurring appointments, or planned absences
- Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
About the Packer (Grind Line) Role
As a Packer (Grind Line), your responsibilities will include:
- Packing and boxing beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products accurately and efficiently
- Following company packaging standards and customer specifications
- Ensuring products meet appearance and quality expectations
- Reading and following work orders, cut tickets, and special instructions
- Maintaining production pace while meeting quality standards
- Working safely in refrigerated environments ranging from 0–32 degrees
- Assisting in other warehouse or production departments as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
