Crown Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility independence, KY.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and stack 40–50 pound boxes consistently
- Ability to frequently climb stairs throughout the workday
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Drug screen required (THC not tested)
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging powder coating materials according to company standards
- Stacking and organizing 40–50 pound boxes
- Performing quality checks on finished products and materials
- Shrink-wrapping completed pallets and packages
- Following all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Climbing stairs throughout the shift to support production operations
