Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Overtime: Mandatory
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Relevant machine operator experience required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sit-down forklift experience required (certification provided)
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (36/48-hour rotation)
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime when required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and controlling equipment associated with the high-pressure gassing and talc spray processes
- Loading and unloading foam slabs and operating talc spray equipment
- Setting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjusting production cycles to meet specifications
- Collecting samples and performing quality-related tasks
- Entering machine and production data into company systems
- Operating sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment
- Cross-training in multiple production departments as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Reporting equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors
