Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory when required
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

High Pressure Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must complete a facility tour before being considered
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift); client will certify
- Must be able to work a 36/48 rotating schedule and every other weekend
About the High Pressure Production Operator Role
As a High Pressure (HP) Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and controlling equipment associated with the high-pressure gassing process
- Setting vessel cycles according to production schedules and specifications
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjusting production cycles to maintain product quality
- Collecting and preparing product samples as required
- Operating Venjakob Talc spraying lines and associated equipment
- Entering machine and quality-related data into company systems and maintaining required documentation
- Cross-training in other production departments including Fabrication, Talc Spray, Extrusion, and LP operations
- Maintaining safe operating conditions and following all company safety procedure
